Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Bins
Please remember that garbage and waste bins must be stored out of sight except on scheduled pickup days. Trash cans must be removed from the street on Tuesday evening after pickup.

CCR violation notices will be sent to homeowners who do not store bins out of sight, such as behind a fence, in the backyard, or in the garage. If bins remain visible after the initial written notice, fines will be imposed in accordance with our CCRs.

Yard Maintenance and Weed Control
As the growing season begins, please remember to keep up with regular yard maintenance, including removing weeds from lawns, flower beds, sidewalks, and driveways. Keeping yards well maintained helps preserve property values and the overall appearance of our neighborhood. Violation notices may be issued if excessive weeds or unmaintained yards are observed.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Reminder
Planning an outdoor project? Painting your house, installing a new roof, or building a fence? Our covenants require that all projects receive approval from the Architectural Control Committee before work begins. To avoid delays or issues, please contact the ACC in advance. Allow 10-14 days for the review process.
